Version 0.1.3

Hello, so this is the last update before i start working on next major update with selectable characters and new arena map. For this version i poked around with ue4 settings and managed to get the size down by significant amount. So patch notes for 0.1.3

+ Added Materials to chairs

+ Fixed a bug where crowd was not clapping after a victory

+ Added a version number in the main menu
